If items are not in their original condition, then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.

In a very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of arrival, and we will happily refund you, once we have received the item and inspected the damage.
