We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days from purchase, provided that items are in their unused and original condition and packaging, with their receipt. If items are not in their original condition, then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and if the order has not been dispatched we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) as standard once received.
All our products are handcrafted, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns because of these irregularities.
All adornments on AzzellA bags are vintage or handcrafted and will reflect this in their unique beauty and irregularities, therefore, items cannot be returned as faulty due to this.
Please also note that the colours of products may vary. Colours cannot always be represented exactly the same as in real life on a screen, but we ensure we do our best to accurately match them.
In a very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of arrival, and we will happily refund you, once we have received the item and inspected the damage.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, then please contact us within 5 days. However, re-delivery charges do apply.
