Where do you ship to?
Standard shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–12 business days, so you'll usually receive your order within 5–14 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items delivered within the UK, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Email info@azzellalondon.com to start a return and we'll send you the returns address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your item, refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 days. Exchanges are also available. See our Refund Policy for full details.
